I just love this brick jewel of a fixer-upper in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Located on an acre-and-a-half, this mid-19th century brick beauty is selling for $95,900 and has 5 bedrooms and over 3,500 square feet. She’s quite a gem!
Judging by the photos, it looks as if a front porch was removed at some point. The facade still has a lot of character with that bay window and gabled dormers (which may be later additions – thoughts?). This kind of home is such an American classic, and the stone perimeter wall really adds to the farmhouse charm.
Inside, the home still has a good amount of historic details. Perfect for just the right homeowner to step in and bring her back to life. It’s definitely not for the faint of heart, but take a look for yourself and see if you can dream up some great potential here!
