Currently serving as the Board President of the Sarasota Alliance for Historic Preservation, it is her goal to help preserve the unique character of historic Sarasota from the ‘Old Florida’ cottages to the Sarasota School of Architecture and beyond.

She regularly participates in the preservation conversation, and has been featured in local and national newspapers and magazines.
Guided by a “good human” rule, Erin makes the process as transparent and painless as possible for all parties involved, and dedicates a great deal of energy to ensuring that each transaction has a positive impact.
