The National Trust for Historic Preservation’s Dwight Young trained me years ago. My team and I specialize in older and historic homes and have sold literally thousands of them during my 42 years in real estate. When not working, I am heavily involved with our local preservation organization, Landmarks Foundation of Montgomery.
For the past 43 years, I have owned and occupied a 1925 bungalow in Montgomery’s historically designated Garden District. And our office sits foursquare in the midst of 4 locally designated historic districts.
