Originally from England, I grew up in a 19th century home and developed a love for older properties. Marrying an American and moving to California, i have had the privilege of personally restoring a number of special properties including homes by Lilian Rice, Cliff May and the historic land grant Rancho Buena Vista adobe, dating back to 1845 in the City of Vista which we ultimately sold to the City of Vista and is now a museum. I currently live in a Mediterranean Spanish Richard Requa home built in 1927 in the city of San Diego.
I have been honored to represent both buyers and sellers of historic properties throughout San Diego in my 49 year career as a real estate broker.
