I am a 6th generation West Virginian with roots firmly planted in the DMV. I went to primary school in West Virginia, high school in Maryland and higher education in both Virginia & Washington, D.C. This nook of the east coast is simply home.
I focus on old homes because I grew up in a c. 1775 colonial and lived through 20 years of extensive restoration and renovations. You see and learn a lot! I think growing up that way either creates old home lovers or repels them. From day one there was no question my real estate niche and marketing would be heavy on historic! I have been honored to represent some of the most well-known historic properties in our area — including a property with the oldest house in West Virginia.
