Hello! I’m Mariah Hamm and my pronouns are she/they. I live in a 1920’s bungalow with my wife and two cats in the Macalester-Groveland neighborhood of Saint Paul, MN. I became a licensed agent in MN in 2019 and haven’t looked back since! I’m an Old Home Certified Realtor and most of my business is done in Minneapolis and Saint Paul proper for folks buying/selling homes built from the later 1800’s to mid-1900s. I’m well versed in original features/details of old homes, specifically late 1800’s to early 1900’s as well as their nuances (especially when it comes to mechanicals and construction). I also have worked hard to build a robust network of contractors and tradespeople who love old homes and are familiar with them to make sure clients can connect with people who will care for their old homes just as much as they themselves do! When I’m not selling real estate you can find me knee-deep in a home project, cruising the town on my 1985 Honda Spree, or at a local thrift store.
