Joe Freda is an Associate Broker at Freda Real Estate and is licensed in New York and Pennsylvania. Joe is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Sullivan County Board of Realtors, and the Sullivan County (NY) and Pike-Wayne (PA) Multiple Listing Services. Joe is actively involved in the region’s arts and cultural scene, having served as Chairperson for the New York State Council for the Arts Decentralization Program for Sullivan County, as well as Chairperson for the Sullivan County Arts and Heritage Grant Program. He is past Vice President of the board of directors for the Liberty Free Theatre and is a member of the Delaware Valley Arts Alliance and WJFF Radio Catskill. He is a published author, and his novel The Patience of Rivers, is set in the Upper Delaware Valley during the Woodstock summer of 1969.
