Jill has been a member of the McCormick Team at Keller Williams for four years. She has a deep passion for historic buildings and restored a one room schoolhouse dating from 1850, turning it into a very successful Airbnb. The restoration was featured on the HGTV show “Cheap Old Houses,” won an Excellence in Preservation Award from Adirondack Architectural Heritage and received a special citation from Congresswoman Carrie Woerner. She saved and lives in a second circa 1915 brick schoolhouse with her husband, son, two crazy hound dogs, 12 chickens and a few fish (the number changes daily). Jill was born and raised in upstate New York and can’t wait to share the beauty of the area with her clients.
