Anna Gruenloh is a founding partner and principal broker at The Exchange Co. She began her career in real estate in 2004 after graduating from the College of Charleston where she received a degree in Corporate Communication. Anna has since received the esteemed Realtor® of Distinction Award through the Charleston Association of Realtors® numerous years and, in order to better serve her clients, has gone on to receive her broker’s license and has gotten certified as a Real Estate Negotiations Expert, Certified Investor Agent Specialist, historic Property Specialist, Certified Expert Listing Agent and has spent the past year working towards becoming a Certified Commercial Investment Member through the CCIM Institute. Today, Anna lives and works on the Charleston Peninsula with her husband and two children and has handled real estate transactions in all of Charleston and its surrounding areas.
