Amy Hurst has been successfully serving clients for over 20 years. She began her career in Virginia Beach and due to her vast experience and knowledge of the area, she handles anywhere from the beach to the Northern Neck.
Amy started with Century 21 where she was recognized as being in the Top 10 WORLDWIDE landing her multiple Double Centurion Awards. Currently, she has found (as she calls it) her “permanent home” with Garrett Realty Partners where she is consistently a top producer and VPAR award winner.
Amy is a professional, award-winning BMI song writer and has co-written with Metropolitan Opera Divas and Grammy Award winning artists. In addition to writing, she is also an avid producer and part-time actress. Amy has created and acted in various TV shows, print ads and movies.
Amy is passionate about her animals. She has raised over $200,000 for various animals and humans in need. It is not uncommon for Amy to bring her rescued Maltese, “Mia”, along on her real estate appointments. Mia doubles as a therapy pup and a baby sitter during closings!
