Capturing the essence of an old house is a journey steeped in history, culture and craftsmanship. Over the past almost 10 years my passion for these architectural gems has not only deepened but transformed into a love affair. I love how each home tells untique story and history.
My experience in selling Historic homes has taught me the importance of preservation, not just as a craft but as an art form. I’ve collaborated with skilled artisans, and developed an eye for authentic materials. I believe it is also important to educate buyers on historic homes, how to properly restore and care for them along with teaching them what some of the features are that you do not see in modern homes.
