I am so fortunate to live in Salisbury, North Carolina in my own circa 1882 Victorian farmhouse in the center of town. Salisbury enjoys TEN nationally recognized historic districts and an amazing inventory of vintage homes and structures dating from pre-Civil War to the 1930s. I specialize in historic homes and have a deep appreciate for the unique qualities and character that set them apart from other properties. I love the fascinating challenges that marketing these homes to that unique buyers these homes represents, and have been recognized with a Preservation Professional Award locally. In a world where we are constantly looking for sustainability, preserving a vintage home is the ultimate act of conservation.
