I am born and raised in Ohio, and currently focus my real estate practice in the Chagrin Valley and east side of Cleveland, from University Heights to Auburn, Chesterland to Akron. My passion for historic homes started in high school in Portsmouth, Ohio, home to some of the loveliest historical architecture in the state. My husband and I have owned three historic homes (the only three homes we have owned!), including a pristine 1912 Arts and Crafts bungalow that was our pride and joy. The warmth and character of historic homes can’t be matched by new homes today, and I adore helping buyers and sellers learn about these beauties as they navigate the complex moving process. I am an expert at pre-listing staging and preparation, and helping buyers see the charm in your historic home. Giving new home buyers the opportunity to be part of history in their new home is the best part of my job.
