Courtney Sowry

To me, home has always been about more than four walls—it’s where life unfolds, memories are made, and new chapters begin. That belief is what led me to a career helping others navigate one of life’s biggest decisions with confidence and clarity.

As a Realtor® with the Clorice Vines Group at McDowell Real Estate, I serve buyers and sellers throughout Northeast Ohio with a focus on education, thoughtful strategy, and personalized guidance. I believe the best real estate decisions are informed ones, and I’m committed to helping my clients understand the process—not just move through it.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll often find me volunteering with the Ashtabula County Historical Society, where I serve as Secretary and Chair of the Century Home Committee. My passion for local history and community gives me an even deeper appreciation for the homes and neighborhoods I have the privilege of serving.
