I have lived in a Historic home for 40+ years. The materials that an older home is built with are stronger and will last longer than any of the materials homes are built with today. Older homes have character, they have hidden corners, and they have a history of stories of their past. The knowledge and talent the builders of these homes had are hard to find in builders today. I love showing clients historic homes and helping them find their special one.
