Victoria has been a licensed real estate broker in Maine since 2003. Victoria resides in Rockport with her husband, kids, and their yellow lab Dory. Real estate brokers are skillful in many aspects of the business but our differences lie in how we conduct ourselves, our passions, and personality. My approach to real estate is low on pressure and precise in presentation. Marketing has always been my sweet spot, and I love the process from vision, to production, and conversion into sales. In turn, I enjoy the education and advocacy involved in helping buyers find a home. It brings me joy to see the instant change in a buyers body language when they discover their perfect home. Midcoast Maine offers a variety of home settings that range from rural hillsides to serene lakes, and idyllic islands. Traditional, village homes from which you can walk into town are a favorite for many. The area also attracts many who seek a more contemporary lifestyle that is balanced by easy access to nature. Hiking, skiing, climbing, sailing, dining, and a busy community calendar have provided my family with a quality of life that we have not found anywhere else. Maine is our home.
