Donna Hughes has been Licensed to sell Real Estate since 1999.

Following in the footsteps of her Father, who was a well-known Real Estate Broker & Auctioneer for 30 years, her Mother, who was a Realtor, and her Great Uncle, who was also a long time Realtor in this area, Donna realizes that buying & selling Real Estate can happen during the happiest, & most emotionally challenging times in life.

Whether you are getting married, and buying your first home, or saying goodbye to the memories of a childhood home, Donna is here to accompany you during this step of your life’s journey.

Donna Hughes is a triple threat in the Real Estate Industry. She has earned her General Contractors License, and owns a Junk Removal Company. She can assist with all aspects of a transition.

First Licensed to sell Real Estate in 1999, she was ”Rookie Of The Year” in her Coldwell Banker Firm. She was the Recipient of the ”Key to the City of Trinity, NC” (her birthplace), in 2014 by the Distinguished Former City Councilman, the Late Jessie Hill. Donna was the Recipient of a Lifetime Achievement Award in Randolph County, NC for her dedication to her Craft, her Community & Pursuit of Excellence.

In May 2021, Donna made the Cover of ”Real Producer Magazine,” a widely recognized Publication honoring Top Local Producers, and honor given to only 11 Realtors each year, chosen out of over 5,000. 

During her stint at Keller Williams, Donna won the Gold & Platinum Medals for Production & was Top Individual Agent for 3 years amongst over 300 Agents. She has represented 10 different Attorneys in the Sale or Purchase of Real Estate. Her attention to detail, as well as knowledge of compliance & the Law, has garnered her the attraction of Attorneys, to work with her as an Agent. An Agent trusted & respected by those who interpret the Law, is an Agent you can trust!
