Sheila Lange has been a Realtor for 6 years and joined the Allen Tate team in 2017. She has always had a passion for houses, especially historic ones. We moved from the Lake Norman area to Statesville about 9 years ago. We were drawn to the large inventory of historic homes (ours was built in 1888). We absolutely love living here and have found Statesville to be a vibrant, friendly and exciting community. The historic neighborhoods and the revitalized downtown offer many opportunities. Todd Lange has been a Realtor for nearly 3 years and joined Allen Tate to be part of the Lange Homes team after a nearly 30 year career in Sales and Consulting Services with MCI and IBM. Nearly 25 years of living in the extended Lake Norman Region (North of Charlotte, NC) and seeing first hand the explosion of growth in population, activities, neighborhoods, communities and the trends that impact the residential real estate market and your home. We are involved in and know our communities. Todd is a former Vice Chairman on the Town of Huntersville Planning Board, former Huntersville Representative on the Charlotte Transportation Advisory Group (CTAG), former City of Statesville Historic Preservation Committee Member and current City of Statesville Planning Board Member. Sheila is a Member of the Statesville Chamber of Commerce and active in the Downtown Community. Over 12 years of residential home construction, remodel, selling and property management experience through our sister companies Eco Harmony Development (Vacation Home Development and Rental) and Creative Properties, which buys then designs, remodels, stages and markets for resale historic and mid-century modern homes in and around Statesville.
