About Tim Klaus

Hi my name is Tim Klaus.

I live in Spencer, NC, with my wife and 3 dogs and have been remodeling homes for 30+ years under Talk Enterprises, LLC. My wife and I work together restoring historic properties that have been sorely neglected.

Last year we established our own shop, Klaus and Co. Cabinetry and Design, LLC, after securing a line of kitchen cabinets that are all wood with custom colors available. My wife, Jessica, is a designer and available to take clients through the design process from layout to completion, whether it be your kitchen, your front porch, or simply selecting the color for the exterior of your home.

We are most famous for our historically accurate home restorations. My wife and I research the history of each home by attempting to locate old photographs, analyzing paint colors using a sanding process, and by studying period design books in order to insure an accurate restoration.
