Shelly Mitchell Lynch represents the fourth generation of the Mitchell Family to sell, invest and manage real estate in Carmel and on the Monterey Peninsula. Together with her parents Bill and Vicki Mitchell, Shelly proudly continues the family tradition in the local real estate business. Graduate of Stanford University (BA1989), Shelly has 25+ years of marketing and sales experience in the technology (Xerox), biotech (Chiron) and entertainment (ABC/Walt Disney Co.) industries for Fortune 500 companies. With over 25 years of sales and major account management experience, Shelly has a winning track record in strategic selling, marketing and negotiating win-win deals. It is this experience, professionalism, work ethic and local knowledge that Shelly brings to the table every day to earn her success. When The Mitchell Family sold their 40-year old, billion dollar real estate company, The Mitchell Group, to Sotheby’s International Realty in 2005, Shelly wanted to stay a local business owner and, together with her husband, bought Carmel Realty Company, Carmel’s premier property management and rental business. At the helm of Carmel Realty Company, and as one of the top sales teams in the market, Shelly’s network, knowledge and inside track on properties gives her clients the critical edge required in today’s market.
