I have lived in Austin all of my life, and come from five generations of Austinites and four generations of REALTORs in Austin. My 33 year residential real estate career experience spans all key areas of the real estate sales industry from the purchase and sale of a large investment portfolio’s properties, to the sale of homes for first-time home buyers and luxury estates. Distinctively designated as a Historic Property Specialist, my knowledge of the National, State and local historic designations, specific design standards, Austin’s historical districts’ standards for conforming properties, a wealth of knowledge regarding historic architectural styles and features, and most importantly, how these can benefit the marketability of a property; sets me apart and assures the highest level of service in the sale or purchase of a historic or contributing property.

I am dedicated to providing an unusually high level of client service with integrity and professionalism. In going “the extra mile” for all of my clients, approximately 40% of my business is from repeat clients and an additional 40% from referrals. As a multi-year recipient of prestigious awards such as Elite 25 and PT50, my career shows strong consistency in my performance. In the Austin community, I am a true preservationist and support the Austin History Center Association, Preservation Austin, and serve on the advisory committee for the historical Umlauf Sculpture Garden and Museum. I especially love living in a National Registry property myself!
