Pam Powers, CRS, C2EX, ABR, Epro,is the Broker/owner of Powers Properties, in Greenwood, MS, licensed in MS and LA, member MS Commercial Association, North Central MS MLS, MLS United, Vicksburg MS MLS. Specializing in historic and unique properties for over 40 years in MS and LA, Pam has shared her passion and expertise in every aspect of the industry, representing sellers and buyers in both the residential and commercial market.

Powers was inducted into the Mississippi Association of Realtors Hall of Fame in 2021 and was chosen as an at-large state Realtor of the Year in 2022 and is Golden R RPAC Hall of Fame.  Pam served as the 2020 NAR RVP for Region 5 (MS, AL, GA, FL, Puerto Rico, USVI). For over 35 years, she has dedicated her efforts, skills and talents to the real estate industry and to Mississippi. Pam is a Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyers Representative, C2EX, member of the Commercial Association of Realtors, Mississippi Real Estate Commissioner 2015-2024, 2021 chair, 2024 Chair of NAR Smart Growth Advisory Group, guest lecturer and educator, and past chair of the National Association of Realtors Communications Committee, 2006 President of the Mississippi Association of Realtors, creator of the Realtors Disaster Relief Task Force in the wake of Hurricane Katrina, Past member of the National Association of Realtors Commercial Committee and the NAR Federal Technology Advisory Board. Powers is a longtime member of the MAR Professional Standards Committee and the MAR Regional Ethics and Arbitration Panel. In 2001, Powers was selected one of Mississippi’s 50 Leading Business Women by the Ms. Business Journal. She is an active member of her community through her involvement in the MS Episcopal Diocese as a Licensed Eucharistic Minister, 2023 President of the Greenwood Little Theatre, Main Street Greenwood, Rotarian, past BOD, past Chamber of Commerce executive committee and qchair of the City Of Greenwood, MS Planning Commission, MVSU James Herbert White Foundation BOD.  She has personally and successfully specialized in historic and unique properties for over 35 years. She loves God, her family, friends, community, real estate, golf, tennis.
