About Olivia Richmond

I grew up in Mount Desert Island and Yarmouth, Maine after moving with my family from London, England. I attended Yarmouth schools and spent 4 years at college in Montana before returning home to Maine. My background in real estate administration, bookkeeping and construction finance has formed the foundation of my real estate career. I am excited to be part of the Portside group and working alongside Kate Huntress. As an experienced horse owner, I am especially interested in helping my clients locate or sell equestrian properties. I have volunteered for and continue to support the following non-profit organizations: Maetaman Elephant Camp in Chiang Mai, Thailand, Riding to the Top Therapeutic Riding Center in Windham, Maine, The Mustang Heritage Association based in Texas, and The Animal Rescue Unit in Bridgton, Maine.
