About Mary Powell DeLille

I was born and raised in High Point…yes, I’m a local, and proud to call it home! I began my real estate career in 1996 and am a Graduate of the Realtor’s Institute.  I have renovated, remodeled and preserved many homes, and have an eye for how to make a home work for my client’s needs. With each project I learned how a house is constructed, the mechanics that make up a home, and a proficiency in the city building code. My passion of historic homes earned me the Carraway Award of Merit awarded by Preservation North Carolina. Through volunteering, I have given back to High Point through leadership roles in multiple non-profits around the community. Living in High Point since birth and renovating homes since 1996, my database of contacts is one you can trust to help you sell or find your next home.  Whether old or new, buying or selling, I have the knowledge and tools to help clients sell or locate their dream home, negotiate an offer to purchase, and assist them through the complicated process to closing.
