Having purchased and sold homes myself, I understand and have felt the stress of being both a home buyer and seller. I have experience in staging, flipping, putting on additions, and renovating. It would not be unusual to find me working on a roof, knocking down walls, tearing up floors, crawling among the spiders or pulling down a ceiling. I enjoy the new construction process and feel that is one of my best qualities when working with clients. Attention to detail, personalizing, and making a house a home are very important to me. As a listing agent, I am very aggressive with marketing and making sure my clients are fully aware of the process. Most buyers today are looking for homes on computers and smartphones. Digital marketing is the “new” newspaper! Posting your listing on websites, creating digital ads, and target marketing to buyers in your price range are all part of my marketing strategy. Born and raised in Nashua, my two sons and I were educated in the Nashua Public School System. My knowledge of the area and surrounding communities is a great asset to my clients. In my very rare downtime, I enjoy cooking & gardening. Love of travel has given me the privilege of seeing many beautiful places here in the US and abroad. I’m a dedicated New England Patriots fan and a proud supporter of our Armed Forces as my husband served our country as a Marine.
