As a mom of eight and someone deeply rooted in small-town values, I believe a home is never just walls and square footage. It’s craftsmanship, legacy, memories, and the people who shaped it over time. I’m especially drawn to historic properties because every creaking staircase, original window, hand-carved detail, and worn hardwood floor tells part of a larger story worth preserving.

I love researching the history behind homes, uncovering old records, learning about the families who lived there, and finding creative ways to bring a property’s story to life through marketing that feels meaningful and personal. Whether it’s a grand 1908 mansion, a forgotten farmhouse, or a small-town fixer with character, I believe these homes deserve more than a few listing photos — they deserve to be understood and appreciated.
