With a strong foundation in luxury hospitality and outside sales, exceptional customer service is a cornerstone of Lindsay Nock’s approach to real estate. A Florida native with deep Kentucky roots, Lindsay married into a ninth-generation Sarasota circus family, living and breathing the culture and sense of community that inspired the arts-centric city of today. Licensed since 2015, her customers know her as a dreamer and a doer, combining drive and determination with a skill for networking, negotiating, and overseeing the finer details. Lindsay served as the Corporate Human Resources Director for a luxury boutique hotel company, the Kessler Collection in Orlando, FL, specializing in hiring, training, and opening hotels all over the country. Her warm personality, professionalism, and dedication were recognized with the Five State Award of Excellence and Rising Star award during her tenure. Lindsay’s skills working with people were further strengthened as she transitioned into outside sales in pharmaceuticals within Sarasota, Manatee, and Charlotte counties, also gaining a unique “boots on the ground” knowledge of southwest Florida. A foundation for these accomplishments and dedication to the service industry was laid when Lindsay earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Event Management from the Rosen School of Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida. Lindsay lives her passions and has been very involved with Junior League of Sarasota, spearheading their fundraising and philanthropic initiatives. Her experience chairing their annual Tour of Homes cemented her love of the local real estate market. She and her husband, Chris, enjoy beach runs, entertaining friends, watching college sports, and spending time on the water.
