About Chris Dumont

Chris was born in Quebec, Canada and moved to New Hampshire in 1979 where he worked as a union carpenter in the Boston area. In 1985 he started Chris Dumont Construction Company which included developing lands and building homes around the Salem, Windham, Pelham, Vermont, West Wellesley, and Boston areas. He and his wife Georgette decided to purchase a parcel of land in Franklin, NH and develop a 55+ Community where they would live and enjoy its surroundings. In 2005 Chris decided to pursue his Real Estate license which made it easier for the home owners to deal directly with him. “They could list their home and buy here at Mountain View if preferred. It was a lot of time savings to the home owners in getting all the answers they were looking for.” Chris is always available, just a telephone call away.
