Jeanette Pressman acquired her real estate license in October 2014 and holds a Masters in Science in International Real Estate from Florida International University. She has worked with first time home buyers; pre-construction homes: foreclosures; short sale; being listing agent; commercial properties; a celebrity home; Fannie Mae homes; FHA, conventional, VA loans and all cash buyers while delivering impressive results. She continued to increase her career and gained a Real Estate Broker’s license in October, 2016. And, is constantly expanding her education by attending real estate workshops at the Miami Association of Realtors. She works tireless for her clients delivering 24/7 personalize service to each and every one by giving them continued support through out the buy/sell transaction. “I enjoy focusing in making my customers as happy as possible”. Jeanette is a Puerto Rican native, born of Cuban parents and relocated to Miami in 1988.She is now herself a mother of two magnificent sons, a daughter who passes away when she was 3 years old and a really cute cat! The experience of loosing a child at age 21 taught her eary in life that life is short and one must enjoy and make the best of it while we can. She has a bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from FIU with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Psychology. Her education and 20+ years of experience in the business arena have given her the knowledge and skills needed to provide excellent quality service and ingenious marketing strategies for her clients (her first open house included a real estate attorney, a mortgage lender in attendance and a mermaid swimming around in the pool!). In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and being active in her community. You can find her at wine tastings, golf and tennis tournaments, Burning Man, belly dancing events, charity events as she is a “social butterfly”. She has been volunteering for Pancreatic Cancer Action Network since 2009 and generously gives back 10% to this organization for any business that is generated by her co-volunteers in this organization. Through extensive networking with other professionals in this firm and being part of the Dezer company (owned by Gil Dezer) it has allowed for opportunities that cannot always be easily found in other firms. Such as off market properties, acquiring first hand knowledge of the Dezer brand pre construction projects to include Porsche Design Tower, Amrani Casa, Trump International, Hyde Midtown to name a few.
