Jaimie Schmidt, Realtor® has worked with in the Greater Ann Arbor area, and the surrounding communities since 2012. She has been helping clients explore and execute their needs while giving them the personalized attention and service that makes them feel appreciated and special. Highly awarded and acknowledged for superior sales, Jaimie prides herself on developing open, warm and communicative relationships with clients making the home buying/selling process as stress-free as possible, while professionally advocating for them as she sees the transaction through to completion.  Her many years of service in Real Estate, Customer Service, and Training in conjunction with her artistic family background and renovation experience allow her to provide her clients with comprehensive service from start to finish. Jaimie continues to specialize in Old/Historic properties, and the education of historic building with her fellow agents, clients, and social media outlets. During her downtime, she and her spouse work to renovate/restore their 1860’s Italianate home.
