About John McCabe
John has been in the business of helping first-time buyers and relocating clients achieve their homeownership goals since 2003. His primary objective is to help you find a home you love, can afford, and will serve as a prudent financial investment.
When listing a home, John methodically studies the market to maximize the home’s price and makes sure his clients clearly understand and support the list price strategy. He then employs the service of a highly qualified home stager/designer to maximize the home’s presentation. He also pays to have the home inspected so any required repairs are cost-effectively addressed. This also “surprises” which could arise from the buyer’s inspection. With these items in place John then customizes a marketing plan to maximum the home’s exposure.
In all transactions, John utilizes extensive professional resources to help his clients from the very beginning through the closing and beyond. He judges his successes by his clients’ complete satisfaction and in his continued relationships and friendships with them.
Prior to real estate, John worked as a CPA at Price Waterhouse and then became CEO and CFO of several businesses.
