About Evie Wicker

With over a decade of experience as an interior designer and business owner, Evie brings a trained eye and creative vision to every real estate transaction. Her passion for rehabbing vintage furniture naturally extends to homes—especially older properties with great potential. She has a particular love for historic homes with “good bones,” and she’s committed to helping clients see the possibilities and make one the perfect fit.

Evie combines her design expertise with strong negotiation skills, always advocating for her clients and working diligently to secure the right home at the right price. Her personal experience renovating her own 115-year-old home provides invaluable insight for buyers considering remodels or updates, making her a trusted resource for renovation-related questions.

Originally from Raleigh, Evie moved to Washington, NC to be closer to family and quickly fell in love with the lifestyle along the water. She enjoys sailing, gardening with her children—especially digging for homegrown potatoes—and practicing needlepoint and light upholstery when time allows. She is married to David, a licensed home inspector, and together they share three children: James, Burns, and Nell.

Whether you’re drawn to the character of a historic home, or need guidance in seeing the hidden potential of a property, Evie offers a unique blend of design savvy, renovation know-how, and heartfelt dedication to helping you find your dream home.
