About Evelyn Tilney

I look at real estate from all facets- financial, creative, and logistical. I also work with a wide roster of clients- buyers, investors, and sellers- and focus on serving everyone (no matter the price point) with integrity, honesty, excellent data analysis, and architectural design knowledge.

As a New Jersey native, I’m very well-versed in highly competitive time sensitive real estate deals, as I cut my teeth in the Boston market for years. I’m a connector, and putting people and properties together genuinely gives me tons of joy.

I’m also a big architecture nerd. I have a BA in Architectural Studies from Brown University and a MA in Architecture and Urban Culture from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra/Centre de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona. In the past, I’ve worked as a strategist, project manager, producer for architecture, design, and real estate-related projects, including NYFW runway shows, museum installations, conferences, and outdoor street art festivals. Deeply rooted back in rural NJ, I’ve lived in Manhattan, Barcelona, Boston, and Providence. I can talk city or country life, but most of the time you’ll find me driving past cow pastures in my rusty old pickup.  🙂
