About Deborah Phillips

Debbie comes to Farms & Barns from a varied career background ranging from graphic design and publishing, working with individuals who have experienced TBI, to managing a small electronics company with her husband. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Carnegie Mellon University and still enjoys painting in her “spare” time. Along with her life-long love of horses, she also enjoys gardening, yard sales and antique auctions, and spending lots of time on the farm with friends and family, most specifically her four grandchildren that are now horse happy as well. A Pennsylvania resident most of her life, Debbie along with her husband, her horses, and dog made New Hampshire home in 2005. After an exhaustive search for the right property, they found Farms and Barns and the perfect 1790 colonial. They reclaimed the pastures, shored up the old barn and added stalls and fencing for the horses. She has always loved antique homes and has restored several over the years. Debbie enjoys the challenge of maintaining the antique features in a home while adding the modern amenities folks require in their homes today. Working with Farms and Barns, an agency that understood the requirements of her horses as well as her passion for antique homes, inspired her decision to embark on a new career in real estate in 2007. She enjoys meeting folks with similar passions and looks forward to the opportunity to assist others to find just the right farm or horse property for themselves and their animals.
