A true Hudson Valley local, Chelsea was raised in Garrison, NY. She comes to Houlihan Lawrence with a deep connection to Hudson Valley and genuine passion for connecting people.

 

She’s always enjoyed introducing others to the unique charm of the area she grew up in. That enthusiasm for building relationships is something she shares with her mother, Melissa Carlton—one of the most well-known figures in Hudson Valley real estate. Growing up in the business, Chelsea had a front-row seat to all of the hard work and expertise that comes with being a top agent, and she’s excited to team up with Melissa to deliver exceptional results, whether you’re a buyer searching for your dream home, a seller preparing to list your home, or simply exploring your options.

 

Prior to becoming a Real Estate Agent, Chelsea earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) and became immersed in the high-end weddings and events industry. Over the course of over 10 years in the industry, she honed her expertise in connecting clients with the perfect venues and building top-tier vendor teams to bring their dream weddings to life. Navigating high-pressure situations while helping clients make informed, meaningful decisions during emotionally charged moments quickly became a passion for Chelsea and one of her standout skill sets.

 

With a deep appreciation for creating meaningful experiences and fostering relationships, transitioning to real estate was a natural next step for Chelsea. Working alongside her mother, Melissa, they offer unmatched local knowledge, creative marketing strategies, a vast network of vendors, and years of industry expertise.
