Brooke Fox

Brooke‘s passion for older homes started when she was very young and always wanted to live in a house with a “big wrap-around porch”. Years later, she was able to make this dream come true and the rest– as they say–is history. Brooke has over 33 years of experience helping Sellers & Buyers of historic & vintage property navigate this very unique & specialized process. She understands the ins and outs of this special niche very well; both through her work and as an historic homeowner herself. Brooke has a certification in historic property sales, is a member of the National Historic Trust and has also served on the board of Montgomery Preservation as Chair of the Architectural Awards Committee. Her main focus is the 4-County Region of Maryland (Frederick-Howard-Montgomery-Carroll).

She feels it is a distinct privilege to work with people who not only love older homes but strive to maintain and protect their stories and heritage.
