About Arthur Scinta

From an early age, historic houses have always held the fascination of Arthur Scinta, an interest that he cultivated while obtaining a Bachelor of Architecture degree with a minor in architectural history and historic preservation. He worked for a variety of historic preservation organizations before going to law school. After a successful career as an antitrust attorney at one of NYC’s major firms and then serving as mayor of the Village of Pelham, Mr. Scinta returned to architecture by becoming a real estate broker. Since 2005, he has completed nearly $300 million in sales of mostly pre-War and historic homes in the Town of Pelham. He has served on the boards of several not-for-profit organizations focused on historic preservation.
