Born and raised in Orlando, FL, I have a background in design and renovation. Having renovated my own 1926 home in the downtown area, I have firsthand experience with the intricacies of building and renovating in historic districts. I am an avid fan of Orlando history and love reading the city’s master site files on our beautiful city addresses. In researching a recent listing, I discovered that the 1922 home’s first resident was actually a relative of someone I went to high school with! We reconnected and I was able to show the home to this family’s descendents before it passed hands to the next owner.
