Hello and welcome to my passion of historic and vintage homes! My education and experience in historic homes, have given me the knowledge and training necessary to handle one of the most delicate of real estate transactions – buying or selling a historic home. During almost three decades as a Paralegal, I came to deeply understand the necessity of contracts and other legal documents crucial in listing or purchasing a home. I ventured back into education later and obtained a B.S. in Historic Preservation and Urban Planning, graduating Cum Laude. Following graduation, I became Director of Ramsey House, a 1797 historic home in Knoxville TN, for three years. My experience, coupled with my education, led me totally and unexpectedly into the field of Real Estate and to being the award-winning Realtor I am today. Helping people achieve their goals is sometimes a challenge and a blessing, but I was given the gift of being a problem-solver and, together, we will make it happen! Historic homes have been my passion since my youth, and helping my clients achieve their goals is one of my greatest joys! Having a career in which I can be of service to my fellow man while thoroughly enjoying my work – well – that’s simply the best of life!
