His mother started the brokerage in 1978 as a client-focused company, with an emphasis on the fiducial responsibility to each client, and was a leader in the emergence of buyer agency. Now as broker / owner, Paul continues to provide a stellar level of service and the company maintains an excellent reputation in the area. Whether working with buyers or sellers, Paul combines his knowledge and insight in the real estate market to better understand the needs and desires of his clients. His interest in historic homes started many years ago, with memories of visiting old homes at an early age. Over the years he has had the pleasure of working with many unique properties. His office is located in a wonderful 1884 house in downtown Rockville MD.
