I live in a historic home in Detroit’s Brush Park and deal with the same preservation and historic district requirements my clients do.
I am an associate broker with Lux Partners Global at @properties Christie’s International Real Estate in Detroit. I work with historic and architecturally significant homes across southeast Michigan, including Indian Village, Brush Park, and the Grosse Pointes, along with waterfront property statewide.
Houses I have sold include 2150 Iroquois Street, the Neo-Renaissance home that Louis Kamper designed and built for himself between 1915 and 1917; 1731 Seminole Street, the Ralph Phelps House, designed by C. Howard Crane in 1914; and 114 Lothrop Road in Grosse Pointe Farms, a 1937 Regency house by Hugh T. Keyes.
