Antique homes have always been my passion—it’s not just what I do, it’s who I am.
I grew up in an 1850s farmhouse filled with original details, quirks, and craftsmanship, which shaped my deep appreciation for historic homes from a young age. Today, that passion has come full circle. I live in Sherman, Connecticut, a town rich with historic homes and rural New England character, in a home built in 1820. My real estate brokerage operates out of the property’s original carriage house—a daily reminder of the care, stewardship, and respect that old homes deserve.
While any agent can buy or sell a house, antique and historic homes require a deeper level of understanding. I work with both buyers and sellers who value original materials, period details, and the stories behind these homes. From construction methods and preservation considerations to buyer mindset and targeted marketing, I specialize in guiding clients through the unique aspects of owning an old house.
As a lifelong history enthusiast, I enjoy researching the background of the homes I represent and, whenever possible, weaving that history into the buying or selling experience. For sellers, this means thoughtful marketing that speaks directly to antique-home buyers. For buyers, it means education, context, and clear guidance so they can move forward with confidence.
In 2026, I founded Real Property Purveyors, a boutique real estate brokerage built on integrity, education, and a calm, client-first approach. Giving back is also an important part of my work—whenever I represent a Veteran or First Responder, I make a charitable donation in their honor as a small way of saying thank you for their service.
Whether you are selling a historic property or searching for an antique home to steward next, my goal is always the same: to guide you thoughtfully, transparently, and with genuine respect for both the home and the people connected to it.
