Jill has a deep passion for historic buildings and restored a circa 1850 one room schoolhouse in Greenwich, turning it into a very successful Airbnb. The restoration was featured on the HGTV show “Cheap Old Houses,” won an Excellence in Preservation Award from Adirondack Architectural Heritage and received a special citation from Congresswoman Carrie Woerner. Jill was born and raised in upstate New York and can’t wait to share the beauty of the area with buyers.
