Exurbanite Preservation Services provides specialized preservation and restoration for older and historic residences in the Baltimore-DC region. Unlike many local builders who usually demolish and rebuild in ways that damage the original structure and lead to future issues, our team can identify and evaluate the unique architectural features of the property and carefully restore its historical elements using high-quality, certified methods; our workshop can create hard-to-find missing parts or design new custom pieces that match the current space and the owner’s vision; and we also provide grant writing services to assist the owner in obtaining funding from state programs, historical trusts, and other sources that support this careful restoration approach.
