The B&B Team® has supported aspiring and current hospitality owners and operators across the United States for nearly five decades. Many of our clients enter the market to offer personalized and elevated experiences to their guests and the quality of the historic assets that underpin the experience at many Inns, B&Bs, and boutique hotels is the ideal basis to help guests and operators create memories which become a driver for repeat business. My family owned and operated a circa 1790s Inn with a celebrated restaurant and 15 luxury guest rooms in Vermont ski country and I spent my youth in an artfully restored 18th century farmhouse and a beautifully preserved 19th century Victorian and my experiences in all of these properties has shaped my worldview. Our primary goal is to understand our client’s personal and professional goals and help them refine and test their model until an ideal fit is achieved.
