About Nate Guggenheim
Nate and his partner Anne Savage are consistently ranked among ”America’s Best Real Estate Agents” by Real Trends in the team category for both volume and number of transactions. Additionally, they have been annually awarded both “Top Agent” and “Top Producer” by Washingtonian Magazine since the publication’s creation of the annual award. Their team of two consistently produce over $125MM in volume over about 100 transactions every year. They proudly represent properties of all sizes — studios to estates — and price ranges — $200,000 to over $10,000,000 — in the DC Metropolitan Area.
Nate and Anne formed their partnership in July of 2007 based on a strong friendship and mutual respect for one another’s business acumen. Each was a successful agent in his/her own right, but both thought partnership would benefit their clients. Since that time Anne and Nate have worked with buyers and sellers in DC, Virginia, and Maryland, successfully selling homes and helping buyers find the right place. Their business is predominantly repeat and referral (95+% year in and year out).
In addition, Nate and Anne represent several real estate investors and developers in the acquisition and sale of both income-producing residential property as well as development projects ranging in size from single-family homes to buildings in excess of ten units. They have also developed property, own several investment properties of various types and sizes in the area, and are expert in the financial analysis for the purpose of investment.
Nate and Anne’s experience of selling over One Billion Dollars in property allows them to help structure even the most difficult deals. Good relationships with other agents create an environment where they can successfully negotiate their clients’ desires as well as manage their concerns.
