I love real estate! Whether it’s the opportunity to get a property ready for the market with my Sellers or the fun of showing properties to my Buyers.  While I really enjoy the “people” part of my career, I also love managing the details (maybe it’s the former math major in me) and will keep track of everything that needs to be done so that your sale or purchase will be as trouble free as possible.  Let’s not pretend, real estate is a complicated and stressful business and you will need someone knowledgeable and patient to help you through it all.

I am an Associate Broker at City Houses and have been a Realtor since 1998.  As a broker, I am able to practice real estate on my own, but I really enjoy the company and the people I work with.  Also, I want to continue to be associated with a company that it known for its high level of personal service and excellent ethical standards.  In addition to my Associate Broker’s license, I have three professional designations:  GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute), CBR (Certified Buyer Representative), and GREEN (training in green building and sustainable business practices).  These designations all add up to an extensive knowledge of real estate principles and practice.  I was the 2015 President of the DC Association of Realtors and continue to be active on the board. Lastly, I also served the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors, on the Contract & Clause Committee (including as Chair), the Professional Standards Advisory Group, and the Grievance Committee.

What all of this will mean to you as my client, is that working with me means fewer headaches along the way.
