About Richard Price
I sell houses, but if you asked me what I do that’s probably not what I’d say. Listen, I love my clients and, for the most part, they love me. Lots of them are good friends. And I love the people at my company – my agents, staff, our stagers and photographers and home inspectors. They’re all great and fun to work with and they make me smile and they work really hard to help me help our clients.
But if you ask me what I do I’m most likely to say that I try to make a difference in people’s lives. I try to make a big difference in my kid’s lives – I’ve got 5 of them and they are great (usually). I try to make a difference in my wife’s life because she makes a huge difference in mine. I give back to my community as much as I can. And I try to make a difference in my client’s lives, which is really important to me, because I work in an industry where a lot of folks are looking out for themselves and their commissions a lot more than they are looking out for their clients.
I work a lot, but when I’m not working I like to travel and I like to read. I like to talk and I like to tell stories (actually I do this when I’m working, too). I like to take my kids fishing even though I’m not a very good fishermen. I like to ride mountain bikes. I like to go to the beach or the lake or the mountains and breath clean air. I like to get up really early which sometimes annoys my clients because I’ll forget that not everyone starts working at 5:00 in the morning. I like to drink a couple of beers when the weekend comes around. I like old trucks, old houses, and old souls. I like to listen to music and I like to play my guitar.
Now if you’re still reading I want to thank you. The box said to tell you about myself, so that’s what I’ve done. Give me a shout and tell me about yourself and your situation – let’s see if I can help you, I’d be glad to.
