I’m Ashley Nuccio, a St. Petersburg native and fifth-generation Floridian. My love for this area’s architecture and history started early, growing up in my family’s antique business and tagging along to antique auctions and travelling to estates all over Tampa Bay. We’d walk through these beautiful old homes, and I’d hear the stories: who built them, how neighborhoods evolved, what made each design special. Those experiences gave me a real understanding of how people have lived in Florida for generations.
That background has shaped how I work in real estate. I’ve been fortunate to list some incredible properties: Sarasota School of Architecture homes, historic bungalows, Mediterranean Revival estates, to modern designs. But what I really enjoy the most is connecting people with the right place and matching sellers to buyers that will carry on their legacy. Outside of real estate, I serve on the City of St. Petersburg Community Planning and Historic Preservation Commission and as President of the Board of Governors for the world’s largest and oldest shuffleboard club (with over 2,000 members!) known as St. Petersburg Shuffleboard Club.
