About Zack Middendorf

Together with my wife and business partner, Alex, I own and operate Cane River Realty. Our company has been a leader in the Natchitoches, Louisiana real estate market since opening in 1985. Historic homes are our passion and we are lucky to live and work in a community with a wealth of them. Established in 1714, Natchitoches is the oldest settlement in the entire Louisiana Territory that would eventually be purchased from from France in 1803 and divided into 15 different states. Our wonderful old city, with it’s historic buildings and homes, has been featured in many magazines, tv shows, and movies such as Steel Magnolias.
